Great stay with fab food

We had a lovely time here! The room was super comfy and quiet. The staff were super nice and attentive, really went out of their way for us. I can’t believe how good the lamb was at dinner, best I’ve had! Just a heads up, there's no lift, so keep that in mind if stairs are a hassle.

Parking facilities could use significant improvement!!! A lift would make upper-level rooms more accessible!!! Regular maintenance to update dated decor would enhance overall aesthetics!!!

Delicious meals featured hash browns, with breakfast and dinner both offering a great selection. parking was a challenge, as non-guests used the area, making it difficult for residents. noise from patrons of a nearby pub disrupted the evenings, affecting sleep quality.

The charm of The Rutland Arms struck me immediately. Beautiful historical buildings and stunning interiors caught my eye, especially the artwork displayed throughout. The room felt luxurious and was well-decorated, with classical music playing upon arrival—a lovely touch. Breakfast options were delicious, but a bit of a wait for hot items, with eggs slightly overcooked. I appreciated the cleanliness and modern amenities in the bathroom. I had a few issues. The bar service during my first night was disappointing. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unfamiliar with cocktail preparation. This made me skip the bar on the second night. while the courtyard setting was quaint, it lacked proper disposal for cigarette ends, leading to an unsightly view. Parking could be tricky due to limited space, but the location was otherwise excellent for exploring the area.

The cozy double room was super comfy and the breakfast spread was a delightful way to start our day. We enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace and sipping tea while soaking in the views. The only hiccup was some street noise outside, but it didn’t really take away from our great stay overall! 😊

Would recommend for a brief pit stop

I enjoyed my stay here because it is just a few steps from the lovely Bath Gardens, perfect for leisurely strolls, and the friendly staff were always ready to help, making the experience more enjoyable.

Spacious room with great food

We had a decent stay! The room was really spacious and comfy, and loved having a fan to keep cool. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious! Only bummer was parking. we always had to hunt for a spot since folks from the pub next door were using it. pretty good experience.
